Patient Matters is a private bedside advocacy and care-giving service whose goal is to make a patient’s time spent in the hospital as safe and stress-free as possible when family members are unable to be with them due to distance, time, careers or other obligations.

By monitoring the day’s events and communicating the information back to loved-ones, we provide our clients with a safety net and vital communication link that is otherwise non-existent in today’s fragmented health-care system.  In addition and equally valuable, we tend to the personal issues of care and companionship, relieving the feeling of isolation that is so common during a hospital stay.

Patient Matters focuses on the patient, not the illness.
We serve as our client’s champion as we promote their safety, assert their unique needs and preferences and make sure that the medical care they receive respects their personal dignity.

How often have you heard someone say, "I wish I had asked my mother about that, but she's gone now so it's too late"? Maybe you've even said it yourself! The mission of HistoryCrafters is to preserve those stories -- the memoirs of an individual, the stories of a family, or the history of a business.

We interview individuals, edit written materials, do background research, incorporate photos, and produce books and audio recordings that can be distributed to family, friends, and communities. We can produce as few as a dozen books or as many as you want, in softcover or hardcover, and in a variety of sizes.

These books and the stories they contain will become precious family heirlooms in themselves, preserving a person's values, a family's heritage, or the past of a church, a business or a community.

Don't let the stories get lost. Contact HistoryCrafters today.
